1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • They are damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has manufacturing issues

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Personal dislike of fragrance/texture

2. Return Window

You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team with unboxing video proof.

3. Process for Return

  1. Send us an email with your order number and issue details.

  2. Attach photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review and approve/deny your request.

  4. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded as per policy.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
